Membership Overview

The Viddlez-N-Vibez First-N-Foremost Club is an annual membership program created for the supporters helping build Viddlez-N-Vibez from the ground up. First-N-Foremost Club members receive exclusive perks, special experiences, early access to announcements, and opportunities to be part of the journey as the business grows. 

Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.

Membership Benefits

• Current First-N-Foremost Club benefits include:

• Early access to announcements, menu releases, events, and special offers

• Founders-only merchandise (one item per membership year)

• Recognition on the Founders Wall on the Viddlez-N-Vibez website

• Birthday Reward: Two (2) complimentary sides and one (1) non-alcoholic beverage

• Invitations to one (1) First-N-Foremost Club tasting event per year

• Fifty percent (50%) off one (1) Sip-N-Smoke event ticket per year

• $75 off a qualifying catering order per membership year

• VIP invitation to the annual Customer Appreciation Cookout

• Member Number

Benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products or services. Certain benefits may not be immediately available upon membership purchase. Benefits that depend on business operations, event scheduling, inventory availability, or seasonal offerings will become available once Viddlez-N-Vibez is operational and able to reasonably deliver the benefit.

Viddlez-N-Vibez reserves the right to establish eligibility periods, redemption windows, and scheduling requirements for membership benefits.

Membership Fee

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Viddlez-N-Vibez reserves the right to adjust membership pricing for future membership periods. Existing memberships will remain valid through the end of their purchased term.

Founders-Only Merchandise

Members are entitled to one First-N-Foremost Club merchandise item per membership year.

Merchandise style, size availability, color, and design are subject to change without notice. Unclaimed merchandise must be redeemed within the membership year.

Founders Wall Recognition

Members who wish to be recognized on the Founders Wall grant permission for Viddlez-N-Vibez to display their first and last name, business name, or preferred public name on the website.

Members may opt out of public recognition at any time.

Birthday Reward

The Birthday Reward includes two complimentary sides and one non-alcoholic beverage when purchasing a main protein.

• Valid only during the member’s birthday month.

• Valid for one redemption per membership year.

• Not valid with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

• No cash value.

• Unused rewards expire at the end of the member’s birthday month.

Events

Membership includes an invitation to one tasting event and one Sip-N-Smoke event annually.

• Advance registration may be required.

• Space may be limited.

• Events are subject to scheduling, venue availability, and minimum attendance requirements.

• Benefits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substitute events.

First-N-Foremost Club events will begin after Viddlez-N-Vibez has commenced regular operations. Event dates, locations, and formats are determined solely by Viddlez-N-Vibez and may vary from year to year.

Catering Discount

Members receive one (1) $75 discount on a qualifying catering order per membership year.

• Minimum catering order of $700 required.

• The discount becomes available  after Viddlez-N-Vibez has commenced regular operations. 

• Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special pricing.

• Unused discounts expire at the end of the membership term.

VIP Customer Appreciation Cookout

First-N-Foremost Club members will receive a VIP invitation to the annual Customer Appreciation Cookout.

• Attendance is subject to event capacity and registration requirements.

• Guests may require a separate ticket or fee unless otherwise stated.

Program Changes

Viddlez-N-Vibez may periodically update, replace, or discontinue membership benefits, events, offerings, or program features to enhance the overall member experience. Any changes will apply at the start of a member’s next renewal term and will not affect benefits already promised during the current membership term.

If a particular benefit becomes unavailable, Viddlez-N-Vibez may, at its discretion, provide a comparable benefit of similar value.

Member Conduct

Viddlez-N-Vibez reserves the right to revoke membership without refund if a member engages in abusive, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, guests, vendors, or other members. In short, be a vibe.

Limitation of Liability

Viddlez-N-Vibez shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to events caused by weather, venue issues, public health concerns, equipment failures, acts of God, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
